Many days ago, I don't sleep well ; the same average woke up at 1:26 AM. I don't know why Am I like this. Maybe I'm terrified to sleep . It's feels like I'm going to loose things. The next day morning ,I felt very depressed about nobody talking to me. Wondering how to faced them.

1.Do what you usually do,let it go.
2.Think why you didn't(you made a grammer mistake) sleep well.
3.Try some tips which tells how to react to it(many ways you all can try).
